What you have described is ...Thank you, Lady Grey.

What you have described is exactly the way that I feel it. All the garbage gets stripped away and I'm allowed to be my exposed and vulnerable and attentive self without the pulls of external factors.

Take care.fur sissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06773975470940525031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3097573368575371682.post-72503609328751616152017-03-19T09:40:16.658-05:002017-03-19T09:40:16.658-05:00When the punishment - spanking, paddling, whippin...When the punishment - spanking, paddling, whipping, etc. - reaches the point where the receiver is overwhelmed, brought to tears, in subspace....when that point is reached, a surrender occurs. My husband describes it as such, and it results in a sort of draining of everything inside you, a total release of emotions that, strangely enough, is very freeing. You're empty of it all. You've been reduced to the basic level of your existence, and all the crap you've held inside just sort of dissolves. Nothing is as important as the present moment, and all that matters is you and the person administering the punishment. Your "selfness" is freed up. My husband calls it pain therapy and he completely agrees with your final paragraph.
