Writing Prompt Success and Other Thoughts

Well, I have to say that the 30 days prompts are helping to give me topics to blog about instead of trying to force things when "I want to write but don't have ideas."  I will look into some others once I hit the end.  I already have the next few days scheduled to go in advance.  It is nice being able to schedule posts as my feelings on these topics aren't prone to shifting like they are on some of my post content.

As for my fiction readers... I am feeling closer to getting back to fs01.  I left things hanging but I have been blocked from channeling my inner-fs.  I was able to get into his headspace last night a bit so there is a good chance I will be resuming that soon.

Also, I realize I'm making a rather daunting number of blog entries each day.  For this to make sense, it is probably wise of me to share that right now, writing is my primary hobby.  While other people might focus on golf, watching the NCAA tournament, or the like... I have been finding in my downtime that all I want to do is write.  These waves come and go but I'm currently riding one that has me feeling rather motivated.

Take care.

  1. I do enjoy these "waves" of yours, though I'm somewhat out of breath trying to keep up. Such energy would be well used in that lovely fantasy you described earlier. I believe that I, for one, could keep you quite motivated:) Maybe in the next life........?

    1. Thank you, Lady Grey.

This energy probably would be better focused elsewhere and I do not doubt the effectiveness of your motivational tactics.

My future reincarnated form is already looking forward to it while simultaneously being terrified of it :)

      Take care.

  2. Lady Grey, Fur - you are such a gem(s) in our corner of the blogsphere! Both your blogs are well thought out, well-written and comments (and answers) are accurately well-matched and witty.
Fur - just a friendly warning from your faithful reader: watch out your "future reincarnated form" as you might be face Karl in wrestling ring and giving your recent comment ("an evil turncoat") and his ability to win (even over Californian Domme-Fitness-Goddess) you might be in deep trouble (especially if Lady Grey will administer "awards").
Thank you both very much for your writing and comments and keep up a wonderful job.
Your always faithful reader and admirer.

    1. Thank you very much for the kind words, Anon. It makes me feel good to hear that.

Assuming my future reincarnated self doesn't experience the same devastating leg injuries that my actual current self experienced, I'm pretty sure I could hang with nearly anyone in the ring :)

I was a multi-sport athlete and quite the force to be reckoned with when it came to strength and power. I posted a picture of my calf last summer.

On a side note, it is a bit humorous to me that using my X-mas games for the contest was perfectly okay, but when I try to come up with a way for Karl to take in some NCAA basketball games all of a sudden I'm evil :D

Only time will tell. If next year at this time Karl is watching an Elite 8 game on the edge of his seat knowing that if Kentucky loses that he'll be getting 9 million swats with a cane, hopefully he can let us know if it was better to not watch the game than to watch the game :)
If that day ever comes, my advice to him is to study the 12/5 upsets over the past 25 years like a farmer's almanac. In the "off" years it shifts to 11/6.

Now the water spritzing and fan during predicament bondage... that was just me being evil.

      Take care.

    2. On a side note to your side note..."evil" is in the eye of the beholder. In some cases, it's a term of positive endearment....especially to an admitted and unabashed sadist. Do you know anyone like that?

I like your evil and think it is great :)
